    Have the dashboard be customizable so the information displayed was relevant to the specific property manager, not the entire office. Something like the Rest Portfolio Check.

  3. Tenant Ledger needs all transactions on it, not just payments

    The Tenants Ledger should have all the transactions on it not just the payments made. It should also have when the Breaches, Termination Notices, invoices sent out etc on it. The Tenant Ledger should be a complete reflection of the Tenancy, not just the payments made.

  4. Ability to edit work order PDF

    The current work order template is unable to be edited by our agency. We would like to be able to add company branding rather then corporation name, remove agents mobile numbers, edit spacing on the work order, include owners names for invoicing etc

  5. Automatic Reminders about upcoming inspections

    It would be great to have an automatic reminder come up 2 weeks before the scheduled inspection so you can send out the letter of notification rather than relying on making sure you have set a manual reminder.

  6. ability to amend information within templates in mail merge just before sending but not altering the orignal template

    We need to be able to alter the individual email being sent while using a mail merge template as a base email rather than having to altering the original template. We need to be able to add attachments and sometimes change some small details depending on the situation and personalise it to the tenant or owner. I do not want to have to change the mail merge template every time or make many many different slightly different templates as we also need to be able to attach items to many emails.

  8. Integrate / Sync emails with Outlook / Office 365

    It woudld be great if Property Tree could sync with Office 365, as Xero currently does. This was you can easily find record of email communications directly from the software.

  9. Drag and drop a emails into property Tree

    Currently when you try to drag and drop an emailed invoice, Property Tree doesn't allow this. You have to save the invoice then drag it from the saved file, just very time consuming.

  11. Invoicing Notes

    Add a notes feature to prompt/remind you when receipting and/or invoicing. We currently have a tenant that receives discounted rates on the water consumption which varies pending the season. It would be helpful to see a note (preferably red) pop up and remind you that this occurs when invoicing.

  12. Receipt Notes

    We need to be able to make receipt notes when receipting rent as some tenants pay extra for water on top of their rent. A receipt note would pop up every time you receipt rent for a particular tenancy reminding us how the funds are to allocated.

  14. Automatic customised task alerts

    when entering a new tenant it would be good if there were automatic tasks assigned that we could tick off as they are done - such as
    LEASE TASKS - signed, copy to tenant, copy to landlord
    BOND - received & completed & number entered
    CONDITION REPORT - received & completed
    INSPECTION - 1st inspection date entered

    I previously had this in console and it saves adding the reminders in your diary and also saves you forgetting to do add the tasks in your diary if you are very busy - the task sits there till they are completed

  15. Tenant notifcation with tradesperson details once work order approved

    Currently the tenant is not provided with the successful tradespersons details requiring contact between the agent and tenant. Once a work order is created, if a tenant was sent an sms or notification with the tradespersons details, they could schedule the job or at the very least be able to liase directly with the tradesperson to arrange access etc

  17. Recurring invoices for Commercial & Residential Tenants and Creditors

    It would be great if we could have a recurring invoice set up for tenants. I have to invoice a tenant part of internet/foxtel provided by an owner without a creditor invoice every month for the term of the lease, so it's quite a manual process.

  18. Upload invoices in order on Invoice Genius - Ability to allocate TENANT HELD FUNDS

    When bulk upload water bills, we have to enter tenant invoice and go through each bill separately, there is no order, so if I have 100 bills in front of me, this now becomes a massive task - Also the ALLOCATE HELD FUNDS for tenants has not been added. Another additional task to print report after and allocate funds. Water Rates cannot be done through Invoice Genius because of these issues, much more time consuming. Thank you

  19. Further syncing with Inspection Manager

    Would it be possible for the comments on the front page of the inspection reports in Inspection Manager to automatically map over to Property Tree when an inspection is closed in Inspection Manager.

    In Property Tree we currently copy and paste the report comments into the "Tenant Notes'', ''Tenant Actions'', ''Owner Notes'' and ''Owner Follow Up Items''. If this could happen automatically it would be great.

  20. Mail Merge attachments

    When you are emailing all the tenants on a lease through mailmerge you should be able to add an attachment.
