Add a notes feature to prompt/remind you when receipting and/or invoicing. We currently have a tenant that receives discounted rates on the water consumption which varies pending the season. It would be helpful to see a note (preferably red) pop up and remind you that this occurs when invoicing.

We have some properties whereby tenants pay only water usage and not supply charge, or are on a payment plan/arrangement. Having a pop up note when creating an invoice would be so helpful and eliminate making mistakes too.

I was happy to see the note feature being added but we really really really really really need to have the pop up reminder as was in REST added as it was invaluable.

it is essential that you add this feature so we can avoid mistakes, it is far too cumbersome going in and out to find out information especially when it comes to water invoicing

This would be EXTREMELY helpful when receipting because alot of tenants like to pay extra on top of their rental payment for invoices due.
Having something prompt you to put $ X amount towards an invoice would make it easier to allocate rental funds correctly.
But having that feature available to Property Tree would also be handy for other notes such as what Jane has said below.
Console was great for that feature.

Why would you get the invoices if the owner was paying them, surely it would go to the owner directly otherwise you would then have to send it on to the owner. Doesn't make sense?

Can this be a side note or something and not a pop-up? A pop-up will get in the way. A side note with payment instructions would be very helpful.
Jane, I use Tags on property cards "owner pays rates/taxes" and "reimburse consumption only" Using 2 tabs, 1 for entering accounts and 1 for checking the property tags.

When entering invoices it would be great if notifications could pop-up such as "Owner pays water rates - invoice tenant only".
