Failed email and SMS notifications
Currently the system doesn't let you know if your automated email or SMS has failed. Especially as there doesn't seem to be a valid reason that text have even failed if the number is correct and not disconnected. If it has failed, the system should try again. and if still not sending then we should get a notification.
Very frustrating to say the least. I do not have the time to be checking that every single email/sms to tenants has gone through!!
