  1. Payment details / payment split option for creditor

    Is it possible to have split payment option for creditors. We have few that requested funds to be split to couple accounts. It would be great to have that option.

  2. Entering Creditor Information

    When entering Creditor details, the option to "copy" Company details when they are the same as the "Contact" details . i.e. phone, address and email

  3. Adding a dropdown option to invoice description field

    I was just thinking it would be really useful to have the option of a drop down in the "description" field when entering invoices, mainly for those invoices that we are regularly entering eg rates, land tax and levy notices. It would be a real time saver when entering large volumes instead of having to manually type out the description.

    Can you adjust the Receipt List to show both the date of the receipt as well as the date the receipt was Entered?

  5. Automatic History Log in Maintenance Requests

    Can PT please have an automatic history log in maintenance requests to capture when it moved from Open to Quote to Work Order etc so that we can see how the job has progressed, if it has stalled, if there was a pre-existing delay etc.

  6. When selecting a work order should have a drop down box of which work order from templates you wish to select

    I have three templates in automated configuration under work orders, when sending a work order, we cannot chose under the drop box of which work order we wish to send. Have to keep going in and changing the default before sending.

  7. Calender (or link to one) to add tenancy inspections or alerts of up and coming inspections

    Rather than just printing out the due date for inspections, especially when you have a number of properties and things to remember an alert to notify of an up and coming inspection.

  8. Changes to Rent & Budgeted Outgoings :: Calculate fixed increase using entered percentage

    When entering the tenancy details for a new commercial tenant that has a fixed annual increase clause, entering the information into the "Scheduled Rent & Outgoings Changes" requires you to enter a dollar amount and there is no ability to enter a %.

    Rather than calculate the new dollar amount to be applied at the time of the future increase is it possible to enter the percentage (let's say 4%) and the new rent is calculated?

    This will save calculating the new amount outside of the system to avoid rounding errors and also serve as a reference for the increase…

  9. Work order spreadsheet to show creditor

    when you export all the open work orders and quote requests, it would be good if the creditors come up next to each job. would make it much easier to send a bulk spreadsheet to your creditor of pending jobs rather than having to manually create the spreadsheet from the creditor profile.

  10. Remove 'Part Payment' from Tenant Receipts

    Having currently switched to Property Tree we have had numerous phone calls and questions regarding what the 'Part Payment' is on the Tenant's receipts. We are explaining this to them as we go, but it would be nice if it was not displayed as it is confusing to them. If it could be taken off that would be fantastic!

  11. end of month automatic reports

    EOM - Once the trust account is closed it would be good if it then generated the reports and we just had to click print instead of going to email and opening each one and printing each one individually - i previously used console which did this and it was much easier this way thank you

  13. Address to appear in merge section

    It would be great if when we are doing a merge letter or SMS that it would show the tenants address & not just their name. It is very difficult to go through 200+ tenants & find the ones you are looking for. It would also be even better if there was a search tab so you could search by either the tenants name or property just to make things even easier.

    will be very annoying having to go through and change all those suspension dates when the time comes

  16. Add tenant email address field to inspection summary for export

    Tenant email in routine inspection summary so you can create outlook mail merge fields. If the tenant email formed part of the routine inspection summary, you can export all that data to a CSV spreadsheet and upload that directly to the word document to create the merge fields, saves having to add them individually, especially if you are sending out 20-30 inspection notices

  17. Reference field for Owner fees

    It would be great to have a reference field when charging owner fees so we can better describe what the fee is for, ie. advertising for 19/4 or lease renewal for period .... More information for owners (and us) leads to less questions & easier reference.

  18. Create a tab where you can see all emails in and out of Property tree

    It would be helpful if you could see all correspondence in and out of Property Tree in list form and if you could select an option to have all emails out sent to the office email address also just so that we can keep up to date easily.

  19. Maintenance Requests - Send message to entity ownership

    When I select to 'Request Approval' the automatically selected 'Ownerships'' are the Ówner' and the 'Emergency Contact'. The emergency contact has not been selected as an owner on the property however is shown here as a default ownership to send notification to, this shouldnt be occuring and could cause information to be incorrectly sent to the wrong persons.

  20. ability to add creditor without having to add all the address details

    when you add extra contacts to a creditor, you shouldn't need to re-add address details etc. A name, email and mobile number should suffice
