    I am happy to let you know that this functionality is already available in Property Tree.

    When in Trust & Reports > Tenancy Leases > Search Results, click on the column headings to display the results in ascending or descending order.

    Hi Adley,

    I am happy to tell you that this feature is already available.

    Underneath the Enter your Idea box you will see the options: Hot, Top, New, Status and My feedback. Select ‘Top’ to see the Top Ideas (the ones with the highest vote count) and ‘New’ to see the New Ideas (in date order – newest first).

  3. All transactions to be included in EOFY not just the statement period

    It would be great if you could extend the EOFY date to by the actual EOFY date ie. 30/6 and not the last disbursement date (in my case mid-month - 15/6). I have many owners that have creditors paid and owners that even put funds into the system for big purchases during the last 2 weeks of FY but this does not show up until the new FY.
    Basically cuts off our EOFY by two weeks. Needs to be changed ASAP.

  4. Tenant Download - Bank Receipts downloaded from Bank automatically

    It would be great if Property Tree has automatic bank feeds so that we would not have to go into our Banking facility to download transactions and then upload transactions into Property Tree.

    This will limit human requirement to go into bank and download. It avoids any errors and time required.

  5. Separate Section for Management of Commercial Properties

    Split "Management" into "Management - Residential" and "Management - Commercial". With notes and mail merge etc specific to commercial properties.

  6. Need to be able to add pop ups/alerts that cant be missed!

    There needs to be a function to create a pop up/alert when you go into the relevant profile that cannot be missed! If an owner has specific tradespeople they use or pay their own creditor invoices ect. it is silly to have to check each individual profile's notes before doing anything just INCASE there is something you need to know. If it needs to be known, make it impossible not to know!

  7. Date on mail merge

    The Email merge template needs to include a {todays date field}.

    We need to create Notices in PT which we want to be able to send as a merge document, however without a {todays date field} option we need to continue to create these manually, as the date needs to be noted within the text of the Notice. Please add this as soon as possible.

  8. Being able to chnage tenancy name

    I have a tenant who's husband died and I can't remove his name from the actual title of the tenancy. I have obviously removed him from the contacts but it still says his name on the tenancy.

  9. Access ALL communications over 30 days from Tenant Profile

    To be able to see ALL communications prior to 30 days - not just last 30 days from the tenants profile.

    This same suggestion was flagged as an existing feature but I am referring to accessing this from the tenants profile instead of having to go to Communications History :)

  10. Body corporate information stored

    Would be great if there was somewhere to add body corp information for specific buildings and then everyone using Property Tree (and your older systems) then has access to everyones contact information for that Body Corporate. It is very difficult to find this info unless physically visiting the building sometimes

    To record body corporate information create the strata plan as a Creditor ie. Strata Plan SP12345 and then you can add multiple contacts to this profile such as Strata Management Company, council of owners etc.

    We would like Work Orders to automatically add the owners names, so Creditors can add their names to the invoices.

    We acknowledge your suggestion and thank you for taking the time to make Property Tree a great product.

    Emails sent from PropertyTree do hold a time and date stamp, and the Clients receive the emails with a date and time stamp within their email settings.

    It would be great to be able to set up a daily task schedule, so we don't have to check 'notes' on each individual property daily.

  17. Email responses to emails from PT to come into PT

    When I email out of the Tenant or Owner profile, it would be helpful if that tenant or owner could email me back and the reply comes back into PT from where it went out of so we have a paper trail. Currently the email they send back goes to my Outlook inbox. We would need a message to our normal Inbox saying we had a new message in PT etc though

  18. 'Create receipt' from actions tab in 'find tenancy invoice' / (from the invoice itself)

    We have noticed that we have to go to the tenancy profile itself in order to create a receipt. We would find it very streamlined if we were able to create a receipt from the invoice section itself. Many times funds come in to the trust account & we have to find the corresponding invoice only to then have to search for a tenant in order to create their receipt.

  19. Work Order - Add multiple tenants contact details to work order

    Ability to add multiple tenants contact details (including emails) to work order. Was originally posted in 2016 and has a released status but still can not do it?
