  2. The Dashboard Customisation

    Have the dashboard be customizable so the information displayed was relevant to the specific property manager, not the entire office. Something like the Rest Portfolio Check.

    Is there a quicker way to search for archive tenancy without having to remember their names? Can their be a list of only archive tenants available?

  4. Tenant notifcation with tradesperson details once work order approved

    Currently the tenant is not provided with the successful tradespersons details requiring contact between the agent and tenant. Once a work order is created, if a tenant was sent an sms or notification with the tradespersons details, they could schedule the job or at the very least be able to liase directly with the tradesperson to arrange access etc

  6. Drag and drop a emails into property Tree

    Currently when you try to drag and drop an emailed invoice, Property Tree doesn't allow this. You have to save the invoice then drag it from the saved file, just very time consuming.

  7. Show Last Payment Date on Tenants Lease & Rent Information

    Would be great to see the tenants last payment date under the Lease and Rent Information section rather than looking at the tenants ledger all the time.

  8. Tenant Ledger needs all transactions on it, not just payments

    The Tenants Ledger should have all the transactions on it not just the payments made. It should also have when the Breaches, Termination Notices, invoices sent out etc on it. The Tenant Ledger should be a complete reflection of the Tenancy, not just the payments made.

  9. Receipt Notes

    We need to be able to make receipt notes when receipting rent as some tenants pay extra for water on top of their rent. A receipt note would pop up every time you receipt rent for a particular tenancy reminding us how the funds are to allocated.

  10. Add field to Maintenance to follow up

    It would be handy to have a maintenance reminder section that reminded you that you are waiting on a response from an owner and/or creditor about a job.

    Add a field into maintenance for a ‘follow up’ which automatically adds an alert against the property and will appear in alerts at top

  12. Invoicing Notes

    Add a notes feature to prompt/remind you when receipting and/or invoicing. We currently have a tenant that receives discounted rates on the water consumption which varies pending the season. It would be helpful to see a note (preferably red) pop up and remind you that this occurs when invoicing.

  13. Mail merge fields for all contacts on a profile

    When creating a letter or email template, have merge fields for all contacts on the profile. Eg not only primary_contact but additional contacts incl email and phone merge fields for those contacts.

  14. Failed email and SMS notifications

    Currently the system doesn't let you know if your automated email or SMS has failed. Especially as there doesn't seem to be a valid reason that text have even failed if the number is correct and not disconnected. If it has failed, the system should try again. and if still not sending then we should get a notification.
    Very frustrating to say the least. I do not have the time to be checking that every single email/sms to tenants has gone through!!

  15. Pop-up Alert in Invoice Genius

    Some landlords prefer to pay their own Water invoices rather than have them taken from the rent. It's hard to keep track of this, so having an alert that pops up when you try to enter an invoice via Invoice Genius for such landlords as a reminder not to enter invoices for that owner and prevent errors.

  16. No Property Address on Vacancy Report (only tenant name)

    The vacancy reports only include tenant names and NOT Property Address which is really vital in my opinion....

  17. Management Statistics Report

    This Monthly Management Report would give the owners a Summary of 1) the number properties
    2) Average per owner
    3) Average weekly Rent
    4) Average Weekly Fees
    5) Average Monthly Rent etc
    6) Arrears
    7) Managements Expiring

    REST had this report and is a goldmine!

  18. Further syncing with Inspection Manager

    Would it be possible for the comments on the front page of the inspection reports in Inspection Manager to automatically map over to Property Tree when an inspection is closed in Inspection Manager.

    In Property Tree we currently copy and paste the report comments into the "Tenant Notes'', ''Tenant Actions'', ''Owner Notes'' and ''Owner Follow Up Items''. If this could happen automatically it would be great.

  19. cancel receipt

    When cancelling a receipt it would be handy if the explanation as to why it was cancelled was printed on the cancelled receipt for auditing purposes.

  20. Add a Pet section under Tenancy profiles

    Have a Pets section displayed on all Tenancy profiles so it is quick and easy to find whether a particular tenant is supposed to have a pet/what type of pet/number of pets etc without having to open the actual Pet Agreement.
