  2. Move note at bottom of portal notification to be more visable

    Can the message saying “You must reply through the portal” currently in the bottom right of the portal notification email be moved up so it is more visible to owners and tenants?

  3. Owner portal

    We are finding owners & tenants that are connected to the portal are trying to reply to our emails and they can't unless they log into their portal. We feel they should still be able to still reply directly to our email as some people may not see the error message.

  6. Deactivate Option for Owner & Tenant Portal

    It would be good to be able to deactivate a Tenant or Owner once they have accepted the invite for the Portal.

    The request is that when you select the Actions Tab to invite to Property Tree Portal - If the status is showing as ACCEPTED, could there be a deactivate button for each individual tenant please

    EXAMPLE -:

    If you have multiple tenants in a property and one vacates we are not deleting that contact out as you are then not able to search them for rental references, we are marking them as other and noting they vacated and…

  8. Create a creditor Portal

    A creditor portal would remove the need for communication outside of Property Tree ie. through outlook. It would also be a great way to streamline invoicing and payments etc.

  9. All communications through portal showing in communications history

    Merge Portal Communications with the Communications history so its all in one place and have the subject of the communication showing instead of Ad Hoc. We also need all communications showing on one print out in succession - so important to have it all in one area instead of looking in two separate places for an email

  10. Landlord & Tenant Portal Instruction Video

    There should be a link that can be sent to Landlords with an instructional video showing Landlords how to use the Portal. Also one for Tenants.
    The current instructional video gives access to ALL the help section of Property Tree which obviously shouldn't be shared with clients.

  11. Link portal messages to tenant and owner profiles

    The portal messages need to be reviewed. At the moment all sent and received messages sit there. I would like to see the messages file under each tenant or owner profile and have the option to move the message to completed once the message has been finalised. Something is going to be missed with the amount of messages in the portal that come in and out.

  13. Owner portal

    Owner portal out of office option
    A PM has just brought to my attention that while they have been away and their out of office has been on their email, there is nothing that alerts owners that correspond through the portal that they are in fact on leave. This is really important as we try and encourage our owners to use the portal, so all correspondence is recorded. We now have an owner wondering why they haven't had a reply for over a week. Thanks

  14. Any Property Manager to be able to reply to portal messages

    Currently the only Property Manager who can reply to a portal message is the Property Manager for that property, but if this Property Manager is out of the office, no-one else can reply from this message without sending a new portal message.

  15. Notification System

    When an owner or tenant contact the PM through the portal there needs to be a notification system like an email to the PM or something to prompt them.
    A little red number next to a little envelope in the top right hand corner is not obvious and is easily missed.

  16. Tenant Portal - Allow them to see the Condition Report

    It would be great if the Tenants could see their condition report on the tenant portal section whether this be the one they returned or being the original if they didn't return it.

  19. Tenant portal communication and messages

    Allow the agent to see when a tenant portal direct message is read by the tenant/receiver. Currently, when if i send a portal message to a tenant I can't prove if or when the tenant has read the message.

  20. An app for portals

    App for portals. This way a notification could show on the respective persons phone to alert them to a portal message. This would also make it easy for owner / tenant etc to access portal information on their phone.

    An APP would be great, but did you know the owner and tenant portals are optimised for mobile viewing.

    You can save the portal URL to your mobile home screen and access the portals easily through this.

    We are now opening up your suggestion to the PropertyTree community for votes and comments.
