Save communications and documents to Portal
Can you add an attachment box like at the bottom of the property listing page where we can drag and drop files for our landlords to view. I would like to post the routine inspections for them to access at their leisure as opposed to sending emails with attachments. We could also drag and drop maintenance pics so when they log in they see it sitting in the box waiting for them.
Thank you for your suggestion!
It will now be shared with the PropertyTree Community for votes and comments.

I also believe every document we do on behalf of the owners need to be visible on owner portals - leases, mov's, condition reports, maintenance quotes & reports, termite inspection reports, photos, routing inspections
I would also like to request that owners have access to some of the documents we save in their file. Such as lease agreements, condition reports, other invoices. Rockend allowed us to select which documents are owners were able to see. Can we please have the same for property tree.
Having the manuals scanned into the document management, without having to email the manuals to the tenants again, but make them available for the tenants to view on the portals.
Tick to show on portals, the same as Filesmart

When accessing the ownership/tenant portals (as a tenant/owner) could they have access to download relevant documents which have been uploaded by us to Property Tree

Currently the landlords profile has so many areas to find history, on the profile ( only current) through communciation history , portal ... then the portal has 13 different locations...... like trying to find a needle in a haystack..... should be all in one location.

We would like to be able to add information to the portal and have it there to be accessed by tenants. For example,
FAQ's about living in this building
Steps to check if power is not on
What we expect at routine inspections.
It would be great to have a tab that we could add info to.

With the document(s) we drag into the section below of the page IE. lease agreements, condition report and all documents related to property and tenant should be able to be seen/viewed by the landlord/tenant in their portal therefore eliminating the need to ask us to provide them with such information

Portal - The portal history for each profile needs to be attached to the profile not in another location

Send stored leases and management authorities directly to owners and tenants from property tree (where we upload the documents under the profiles).

Inspection reports should be placed in the reports section of the owner portal and kept separate from the message/emails as these eventually do get cleaned out and the owner is likely to loose the reports.

Be able to add folders in the drag and drop section to organize saved files into certain categories. Rather than have a truck load of saved things.
Example: that way i can click on a lease renewal sub folder and see everything i've saved about a lease.

All my commercial tenants require the ability to print out correspondence from the portal so they can store/archive it. If they can't do this the portal becomes useless.

Would like to see the ability to drag emails RECEIVED from external applications [I.E. Outlook] to the portal drops. Currently the file type is not accepted in the drag and drop portals of property, tenant and owner...

At this stage of PropertyTree, inspection reports are not visible on either the Landlord's or tenant's portals. Tenant's can manage their inspections on the portals but not view the report.
Reports are/can be emailed to the Landlord & Tenant after you have completed the report.
However you have made a great suggestion about viewing inspection reports on the portal & we recommend you make a suggestion in our Help Centre.

Please do this.

The document section in the owner and tenant card should just be linked directly to the portal for them to what ever you need like Tenancy agreements and Management agreements.
