The Dashboard Customisation

Have the dashboard be customizable so the information displayed was relevant to the specific property manager, not the entire office. Something like the Rest Portfolio Check.

Hi Supporters,

We are pleased to advise that development has progressed well on our new customisable dashboards, and we are aiming to have them available to you in the coming month.

Thank you to all who contributed with great ideas and suggestions.

Some of the new features you have to look forward to as part of the new dashboard include:

- 4 new operational dashboards, focusing on key areas such as Arrears, Leases, Accounts and Vacancies.
- The Agency dashboard, providing an overview of key business metrics and staff performance in a single view.
- Filters on each dashboard, allowing you to customise each board by Portfolio, Property Tags, and more!
- The option to display arrears based on a Period or an Effective date.
- Personalised filters on each dashboard, saving and remembering your changes for the next time you login.
- Three times more data and insights than the existing dashboard, with much more planned soon!
- Real-time visualisations of your data, with the ability to drill down to comprehensive reporting with the click of a button.

Stay tuned for a further update shortly,
Michael

Please provide ability for users to fully customise their own dashboard.

Defining dashboard layouts that are role-based is good - but remember not everyone has defined company roles (some wear multiple hats).

Users work differently and have their own preferences, so customisable dashboards make sense.

I hope this comment is not too late knowing that this feature is already in development phase.

I agree with Marie Kay, if you could list all leases due 2 months in advance (allowing for rent rises) this would be a great feature.

the dashboard and the need for an alert once leases become due so we may act and not be late. Just not flexible for the management side on the dashboard. If we can have a customisable dashboard this would be a dream

The dashboard also needs to show current tasks/reminders instead of them being "hidden" away in the bell icon at the top of the screen...for most people it becomes a case of "out of sight, out of mind".

It would be great this the graphs etc could be customised using the property tags. Right now ours are wildly incorrect because of the properties we have sitting for debt recovery, so if we could filter these out to have accurate results this would be really useful.

invoices charged that are not rent or outgoings do not show up on the dashboard.
We have tenants where the only charge is for electricity and if they fall behind we miss it because it does not show. All outstanding amounts should show on the dashboard

Can the default be that 'Include vacant/vacating tenants in arrears' is ticked. Or an option where we can choose what should be the default? As otherwise if this is not manually ticked then yes there are tenants who are vacating but in arrears which are not showing on the report and potentially being overlooked.
