  1. Tenant notifcation with tradesperson details once work order approved

    Currently the tenant is not provided with the successful tradespersons details requiring contact between the agent and tenant. Once a work order is created, if a tenant was sent an sms or notification with the tradespersons details, they could schedule the job or at the very least be able to liase directly with the tradesperson to arrange access etc

  2. Add field to Maintenance to follow up

    It would be handy to have a maintenance reminder section that reminded you that you are waiting on a response from an owner and/or creditor about a job.

    Add a field into maintenance for a ‘follow up’ which automatically adds an alert against the property and will appear in alerts at top

  3. Populating Landlord Details on WORK ORDER PDF's

    It would be great to have landlord details populated on the actual work order PDF. I am aware it is on the work order communication however some of our Tradies have asked if it could be on the PDF document they print off and use.

  4. Quotes Awaiting Approval

    Once a quote has been sent to the owner, change the status of the job to AWAITING APPROVAL.

  6. Maintenance Request

    The tenants need a confirmation email that the request has been attended to so they know their maintenance request is being dealt with.
    The trades also need to confirm that they have received the work order so we know it's received and we don't have to follow up.

  7. MAINTENANCE NOTE

    In the maintenance job where you can add notes "Add,View,Edit Notes" it should automatically Add the date the work order or quote was sent. I know you can see this if you go into the communications History but it would make it alot easter if the date and time went straight into the "add,view,edit notes" section on the actual maintenance work order/quote request.

  8. Viewing work orders when invoicing

    Be able to view the work order to match the completed work on the invoice to ensure all jobs have been completed. Especially if the work order is from an approved quote and in the job description it has the approved figure amount - making sure that the received invoice is as per the approved quote.

  10. Default contact for work orders

    set default contact details for work orders as all tenants (this is the case for 99.9% of work orders sent so it is annoying to change each)

  11. POP up notes for important information

    It would be great if we had pop ups for important things like when sending a maintenance request off, a pop up would come up to say, please use *** Plumber or whoever. Taking over a portfolio is a mine field at the best of times, but to have pop ups for these types of things would be great.

  12. An automatic pop up note - REST has it, P/Tree needs it

    Very important function so all property managers know specific requests from Landlords such as "call me for all maintenance" or "send all invoices to Landlord to pay themselves" etc. Whenever you enter the landlord's name the note pops up every time so we cannot miss it.

  15. Manually change status of maintenance job

    Have the ability to change the status of a maintenance job by clicking the status menu. Example if a work order was sent and the creditor provides a quote instead have the ability to click quote so the owners consent is obtained. Similar if a work order or quote was requested and the owner decides to attend have the ability to change the status to owner attending. At the moment we have to cancel a job and re enter it with the correct status which is double handling.

  16. Branding of Maintenance Requests

    The Maintenance requests present poorly. We cant add our company logo, there is no date on the PDF work order, the text cant be amended. They need to be amended or allow us to amend to suit each company.

  18. Quote to Work Order

    It would be great when we receive a quote from a creditor and add it to PT in the maintenance area where work orders/quote requests are, that it could be sent with the work order approving the job.

  19. "Invoice Sent to Landlord for Payment" Tickbox When Completing Maintenance Requests

    When looking back at Completed Maintenance Requests, it can be confusing when there is no invoice linked to the job or in existence in the system. If we could tick a box that says "Invoice Sent to Landlord for Payment" before we Complete the job, then when looking back it would be clear where to look for the invoice, instead of wondering why it wasn't entered into Property Tree for payment.

  20. Be able to change a work order back to a quote request

    If we send a work order but the job is much larger than anticipated and it gets quotes on instead, we need to be able to change the w/o back to a quote request so that the quote can be saved against the job. At current if it's a work order is can only be completed or cancelled and any quotes need to be saved in doc management separately.
